About the Role
We’re hiring a Snapchat AdOps manager. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns for clients across industries like fintech, health & fitness, utilities, and e-commerce. In this role, you’ll go beyond execution - acting as a strategic consultant for clients and a trusted partner to Snapchat, helping align business goals with platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in Snapchat Ads.
- Preparing daily and weekly performance reports in Google Docs.
- Requesting creative assets and updating them in active campaigns.
- Testing hypotheses and new features/products of the advertising platform.
- Assisting with media planning for clients.
- Participating in client communication during planning, launch, and post-campaign review stages.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with paid social platforms; priority for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat (experience with X, Reddit, or Pinterest is a plus).
- Solid understanding of core performance marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ability to use them for optimization decisions.
- Knowledge of auction-based advertising models, bidding strategies, and metric interdependencies.
- Strong campaign optimization skills, with an understanding of the relationship between creatives, audiences, bidding, and auction dynamics.
- Good understanding of attribution models and their impact on performance evaluation.
- Experience working with pixel and S2S tracking setups.
- Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer is a strong plus) and basic knowledge of web analytics.
- English B2+, with strong communication and presentation skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, test-and-learn approach.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage routine campaign operations with high attention to detail.
