Andersen is hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery of a mobile banking app and web admin panel, covering core digital banking features, secure authentication, payments, and system integrations.

It offers a full range of financial services for both individual and corporate clients, including business lending, mortgages, consumer loans, deposits, payment services, and digital banking solutions. The project is focused on delivering and supporting a cross-platform mobile banking application and a web-based admin panel, covering core digital banking features, secure authentication, payments, and integrations across mobile ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the development process and overseeing team task execution.
- Monitoring the project budget, analyzing deviations between estimates and actual work hours.
- Managing and prioritizing the backlog: overseeing parallel task execution, closing user stories within sprints, and handing them off to QA.
- Creating and maintaining the project roadmap.
- Managing project risks during development and planning stages.
- Managing team access and devices.
- Administering and automating processes in Jira.
- Preparing and updating weekly status reports, considering team feedback.
- Reporting overtime and tracking worked hours.
- Managing changes: reviewing, coordinating, and approving change requests.
- Maintaining the resource plan, staffing, and employee allocation.
- Onboarding new employees and supporting team adaptation.
- Working with team feedback and improving internal processes.
- Preparing project documentation and materials for audits.
Must-haves:
- Experience in IT for 2+ years.
- Experience managing medium and large cross-functional teams (15+ people), including backend, frontend, mobile development, manual QA, DevOps, and architects.
- Experience managing the development of microservices, clouds, and mobile solutions.
- Understanding of the SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience implementing and managing Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Ability to work with technical teams (developers, DevOps, architects) and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of API-first principles, microservices architecture, and data-driven approaches.
- Experience working with security, infrastructure, audit, and compliance teams.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
