🌍 We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Manager
📍 Location: Remote

Yesim is an international IT company that develops and promotes digital products for the global market. We operate at the intersection of technology, marketing, and creativity, building a strong brand and fostering long-term partnerships with opinion leaders. We are now expanding our team and looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help us scale campaigns with bloggers across key platforms.
📝 Responsibilities
- Search for and select relevant influencers (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Snapchat, YouTube).
- Negotiate, communicate, and build long-term relationships with influencers and their teams (Be prepared for a lot of communication).
- Launch and manage influencer marketing campaigns: develop strategies, prepare briefs, and generate creative content ideas.
- Full-cycle communication: from the initial outreach and deal negotiation to publication control and performance review.
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and effectiveness.
✅Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with influencers.
- Proven track record of sourcing and launching successful influencer campaigns (ability to independently find relevant influencers is crucial).
- Strong communication skills and experience in building long-term partnerships.
- Experience in preparing briefs, strategies, content plans, and clear guidelines.
- Analytical mindset: ability to work with numbers, draw insights, and propose hypotheses.
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken communication, including calls).

- Experience in international projects and working across different markets.
- Understanding of marketing specifics in tech/IT/fintech/digital products.
- Existing contacts and influencer database.
