At Growave, we build a retention platform for e-commerce businesses that helps online stores increase customer loyalty and engagement. We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our support team.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot technical issues with the Growave app on storefronts
- Customize Shopify themes and Growave widgets
- Communicate with clients via Intercom, email, and calls
- Create or edit scripts for Reviews, Loyalty, and Wishlist features
- Collaborate with Developers and modify code in the Shopify + Growave environment
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (confident skills)
- English (written & spoken) + one or more additional languages
- Client-side debugging experience (browser console, dev tools)
- Experience with templating engines or template languages
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-managing and reliable
