🌍 We’re Hiring: Marketing Analyst
📍 Location: Remote
💡 About Us
Yesim is an international product IT company in the global eSIM market, scaling a data-driven digital connectivity product used by customers around the world. We are scaling fast and have a robust data infrastructure and a BI team that has built extensive PowerBI dashboards covering our financial and product metrics. What we are missing is the "connective tissue", someone who lives inside that data to tell the story of our growth, challenge our assumptions, and bridge the gap between raw numbers and marketing execution.
We don't need someone to just build more dashboards; we need someone to interpret them and tell us where to spend our next $100k.
✨ About the Role
As our Marketing Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the analysts, engineers and marketers. You will focus on the travel eSIM market, a space where attribution is notoriously messy (web-to-app transitions, seasonality, and regional organic "halos").
Your mission is to find the signal in the noise. You’ll investigate why certain regions are spiking, why others are lagging, and how our offline efforts are actually impacting our bottom line.
📝 Responsibilities
Performance "Detective" Work: Regularly audit our marketing funnel. If organic sales spike 30% while Google spend is flat, you’re the one who finds out if it’s a tracking error, a competitor exiting the market, or a viral trend.
Infrastructure Liaison: You will define the requirements for our BI team. You tell them what metrics matter for the CMO’s decision-making, and they build the pipes.
Attribution Strategy: Own the "messy" parts of our data. Work with MMPs (Adjust/AppsFlyer) and advertising platforms (Google, Meta etc) to refine how we track users moving from web searches to app installs.
Budget Optimization: Provide regular data-backed insights on budget reallocation. You’ll help us move away from "last-click" thinking toward a more holistic view of CAC and LTV.
Hypothesis & Experimentation: Design and analyze tests for new channels (Influencers, OOH) and product changes, ensuring we are making decisions based on significance, not just "gut feeling."
📩 Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years in a high-velocity B2C environment. We highly value backgrounds in iGaming, Utility Apps, or Travel-Tech—industries where tracking is hard and competition is fierce.
The Toolkit: You are a SQL power user. You don't need to be a Python expert, but you must be able to manipulate data independently. You should be very comfortable navigating PowerBI (or similar) and MMPs and know the modern advertising landscape.
Pragmatic Math: You understand statistics and incrementality, but you aren't an academic. You know that a "good enough" insight today is better than a perfect one next month.
Mindset: You are naturally curious. When you see a data anomaly, you can't rest until you've found the root cause.
