Data Analyst

Andersen is hiring a Data Analyst to support a high-load urban services platform, improving freight delivery through data-driven insights, product analytics, and scalable solutions across multiple regions.

The customer is a global digital platform in the urban services domain, operating a high-load marketplace that connects users and service providers in real time. The platform focuses on scalability, reliability, and data-driven product development, leveraging distributed systems and mobile technologies to support dynamic pricing and large transaction volumes across multiple regions.

The project is focused on developing and optimizing a freight delivery service that covers the full delivery lifecycle, from order creation and pricing to execution and settlement. The work emphasizes product strategy, user experience for all participants, data-driven improvements, and scalable, reliable operations across regions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing product metrics, funnels, and user journeys to identify opportunities for product growth.
• Designing, building, and continuously improving the product metrics and analytics framework.
• Planning, running, and analyzing product research and A/B experiments, and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Analyzing user behavior using large-scale datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Generating data-driven recommendations that influence product and business decisions.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to support and shape product initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining analytical data markets and optimizing SQL queries.
• Building and maintaining BI reports and dashboards to track product performance.
• Using Python and data analysis libraries for deep-dive analysis and experimentation.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a Product Data Analyst for 3+ years.
• Deep experience working with product metrics and funnels.
• Ability to design, build, and evolve a product metrics framework.
• Experience conducting product research and A/B experiments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze user behavior and identify product growth opportunities.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets, generating insights and actionable recommendations.
• Close collaboration experience with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering, influencing product decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries.
• Excellent SQL skills, including working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries, and building analytical data marts.
• Experience building BI reports and dashboards (Plotly, Redash, Tableau).
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
