- Lead the preparation of environmental reports required by RoK legislation, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual Actual emissions Reports and submission of the reports to RoK Authorities;
- Preparing analytical reports (actual vs permitted). Over limit reports.
- Support of annual industrial inspections/audits of contractors on sites.
- Identify environmental hazards / noncompliance and ensures mitigation in a responsible and timely manner.
- Provide assistance and run the performance monitoring database (software).
- Provide support in developing of internal Environmental reporting procedures.
- Lead the providing of trainings (filling in RDS) for contractors by Reporting group upon requests.
- Prepare necessary data (actual fuel consumption, running hours and q-ty of equipment) during external/RoK inspections.
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering or Scientific.
- 6-8 years of environmental lead experience
- RoK Safety Knowledge Assessment
- Very good knowledge of Eco code and RoK environment reporting requirements
- Advantageous Qualifications/Experience
- MSc in an environmental protection related discipline.
- Experience as an environmental regulator (inspector, expert) and/or consultant
- Experience in ISO 14001 and 9001, waste management, laboratories, environmental monitoring
- Knowledge of languages: Kazakh/Russian/English
