Coordinate and organize logistics operations, including:
preparation and verification of import/export customs clearance documents;
preparation of transport documentation (CMR, TIR Carnet, Air Waybill);
completion of Dangerous Goods Declarations (if applicable and certified);
receiving and dispatching cargo, ensuring all transport documents are properly issued.
Manage GFF staff to ensure accurate formation of Shipment Files, including- goods tracking and cost estimates, opening and maintaining work files, working in CITRIX and BLU systems, preparing customer invoices in BLU; obtaining approvals for contractor invoices, etc.
Prepare and submit all required operational and management reports on time.
Coordinate work with the Sales Department.
Maintain and update the company’s pricing policy based on statistical and operational data.
Manage transportation contractors on a competitive basis and participate in contract administration.
Plan, coordinate, and distribute workload among contractors and internal staff.
Maintain accounting of transportation and logistics costs.
Organize and participate in commercial meetings with clients when required.
Requirements:
Higher education (Logistics, Transportation, Economics or related field preferred).
FIATA/IATA certification
Industry background (logistics) 10 years or more.
Experience in similar position 5 years minimum.
Experience of working in multi-national companies.
Knowledge of transport by all available modes (road, sea, rail, air).
English– Upper Intermediate.
Advanced PC skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word, BLU.
Strong supervisory, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
