Crisis and Emergency Management Engineer, Atyrau

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Technical field is preferable

Minimum of 3-year experience in a position responsible for the development of arrangements for preparedness to the emergency response or, in Production or HSE field

Knowledge of the requirements of the RoK legislation regarding the Civil Protection and Emergency Situations

Good knowledge and understanding of onshore and offshore emergency response issues relating to company operations is preferable

Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken in English.

Computer literate on Microsoft programs: MS Outlook, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel

• Coordinate planning and implementation of periodic CEPR Assurance Process Activities as a Focal Point for CEPR Business Process.
• Work with Sites to ensure correct close out of assurance review actions ensuring its quality and timing.
• Coordinate and monitor CEPR related actions from the exercises and real events and ensure its completion.
• Ensure C&EP KPIs in annual HSSE Plan are updated and its status is shared on time with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support to Crisis & Emergency Preparedness team members with preparations of different types of training, CEPR documentation development and review, preparation of the response facilities and with readiness of the required forms and maps.
• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Coordinator with the review and further improvement of the Business Continuity Planning processes across NCOC.
• Provide support in development of Business Continuity Plans for key locations and functions.
• Provide support in organization and facilitation of periodic reviews/testing of the Business Continuity Plans.
• As needed, plan and implement activities in the Civil Protection and Civil Defence areas throughout the company including revision of the different documentation in those fields.
