Spare Parts Manager

Duties:

• Ensure contractual delivery of spare parts support and management services to customers, supporting the stable operation of network equipment and achieving high customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain a centralized remote platform for spare parts service delivery, continuously improving cost efficiency and service quality;
• Develop key capabilities in spare parts project delivery, planning, and logistics management to support frontline business operations;
• Analyze customer requirements and develop competitive Spare Parts Management System (SPMS) solutions, ensuring successful implementation for mutual benefit;
• Manage spare parts asset security by organizing regular stocktaking, key control point (KCP) inspections, and on-site asset audits.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Logistics Management, or related fields;
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data and project reports;
• Familiarity with telecom electronic products and project delivery processes;
• Good knowledge of foreign trade and logistics practices;
• Strong English communication skills.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
