Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across Asian countries
Adapt global marketing and sales plans to local market specifics
Lead generation and qualification through in-person meetings, digital channels, events, and outreach
Support enterprise sales: discovery sessions, product demos, proposals, and RFP participation
Execute localized marketing campaigns — digital, content, PR, and media relations
Identify and manage major regional business events and represent Beakwise
Conduct market and competitor analysis, track regulatory changes, and refine strategies
Collaborate closely with global leadership and international offices
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing (preferably in enterprise tech, fintech, or insurtech)
Fluency in English and Russian (mandatory)
Knowledge of an Asian language is a strong advantage
Proven experience working with international clients or partners
Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and readiness for frequent trav
