International Sales & Partnerships Manager (Asia)

Our client is the International IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across Asian countries

  • Adapt global marketing and sales plans to local market specifics

  • Lead generation and qualification through in-person meetings, digital channels, events, and outreach

  • Support enterprise sales: discovery sessions, product demos, proposals, and RFP participation

  • Execute localized marketing campaigns — digital, content, PR, and media relations

  • Identify and manage major regional business events and represent Beakwise

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, track regulatory changes, and refine strategies

  • Collaborate closely with global leadership and international offices

Candidate Profile​​​​​​​:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing (preferably in enterprise tech, fintech, or insurtech)

  • Fluency in English and Russian (mandatory)

  • Knowledge of an Asian language is a strong advantage

  • Proven experience working with international clients or partners

  • Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and readiness for frequent trav
