Mechanical / Welding QA/QC Inspector/QAQC Engineer (multidisciplinary)

Witness Prefabrication activity Starting from material incoming till final product (Fit up, welding, NDE review, pressure testing, Release to painting, Painting witness-if available qualification).

Witness for Valve Pre-testing on Shop base, witness Valve repair activity.

Witness all leak and hydrotesting works (Shop / Site).
Site Surveillance of Work Quality as identified on ITPs/MS/PML/Quality Policy/Manual.

Site Survey (if required – material review, Readiness on site and etc).

Review Discovery Work Pack and identify required documents. If required. Witness inspection as per MS and ITP.

Attend and review of PQR/WPS/WQT qualification.

Maintenance Civil / Painting scope of work:
Witness critical painting and coating inspections at site (Ensure checklists, RoK acts reviewed and approved as per ITP).

Witness critical Civil inspections at site (Ensure checklists, RoK acts reviewed and approved as per ITP).
Site Survey (if required – material review, Readiness on site and etc).

Review Discovery Work Pack and identify required documents. If required. Witness inspection as per MS and ITP.
Maintenance general & documentation scope of work:
Review Work Pack as per QAQC perspective and Compiling Indexes for Work Pack (on basis of design drawings).
Review ITP, Method Statement, QAQC Procedure as per SoW for Execution window.
Provide technical assistance to Designer, BP QAQC, OPS, Mechanical groups (if required).
Coordinate subcontractor and correct instruction them for achieve Quality and Completion successful.
Attend on the Quality Audits and Pre Mobilization equipment.
Preparation and submission of quality progress reports to Company;
Ensure close out of outstanding issues as related to the data and document input as well completion of document handover status per Data base and report to Company.

Checking latest revision of all project documents (hard copies), checking of submitted documentation for accuracy and correctness, and preparation of packages for final handover;

Close outstanding QAQC document in Electronical date base (EDMS, SAP and etc) (if required)


Relevant bachelor’s degree education.
Valid welding certificate qualifications as per CSWIP 3.1 / AWS / API
Valid Painting certificate qualification BGAS / NACE

All methods NDT level II
2-5-year experience in TA and maintenance with experience as a coordinator with accountability for delivering various scope of QAQC related work
