Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe execution of all lifting, hoisting, heavy load transportation, and work-at-height activities, ensuring full implementation of planning and risk assessment processes.
- Develop, review, and approve non‑routine and complex lifting and rigging plans in compliance with NCOC, Shell, RoK regulations, and international standards.
- Assess and appoint Contractor’s Persons in Charge (PIC) responsible for supervising safe crane, lifting, and rigging operations at designated work areas.
- Develop, review, and implement strategies and procedures for lifting and transportation of payloads, including modules, in accordance with Kazakh regulations and company standards.
- Lead inspection, testing, certification, and maintenance oversight of lifting equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering in a relevant discipline or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 Years discipline experience incorporating heavy Lifting (hauling) & Logistics experience, preferably in complex Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.
- Applicant should have certification for crane inspection/maintenance from a recognized international organization (e.g. CICB, OSHA, LEEA etc).
- Applicant should have Appointed Person for Lifting Operations certification.
