Обязанности:
- Review, modify, and validate HVAC design for buildings to ensure compliance with local Kazakh standards and international codes.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and fire‑fighting teams to align HVAC design interfaces.
- Support construction teams with HVAC‑related technical clarifications, site inspections, and installation supervision.
- Perform equipment selection, air‑flow calculations, ducting layouts, and verify vendor documentation.
- Ensure HVAC systems meet safety, energy‑efficiency, and building performance requirements.
- Требования:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC engineering for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure buildings.
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan norms (СН РК, СП РК) and familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
