Job description
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Laravel dev who’s comfortable owning both backend REST APIs (for mobile + web) and full-stack delivery for websites and online stores using Laravel + Vite. If you care about clean code, real-world performance, and solid security, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do
- Backend / API (main mobile + web project)
- Design, build, and maintain a Laravel REST API (resources, validation, pagination, error handling, versioning).
- Auth & security: Sanctum / Passport, roles/permissions, rate limiting, CORS, OWASP-minded practices.
- Data modeling & performance: MySQL/PostgreSQL, indexing, query optimization, caching.
- Async & integrations: Queues/Jobs, events, notifications, scheduled tasks, external services.
- API documentation: OpenAPI/Swagger, clear contracts for mobile/frontend teams.
- Quality: Pest/PHPUnit, code reviews, PSR standards, CI/CD pipelines.

Full Stack (websites + eCommerce)
- Build websites and eCommerce experiences with Laravel + Vite (Blade / Livewire / Inertia as needed).
- Modern frontend inside Laravel: Vite, Tailwind/SCSS, reusable components, performance-first mindset.
- Typical store integrations: payments (Stripe/Redsys/PayPal), shipping, transactional email, CRM/ERP, analytics.
- Ongoing improvements: refactors that make sense, upgrades, and keeping production stable.

Must-haves
- 3+ years of real production experience with Laravel.
- Strong REST API fundamentals: design, auth, access control, docs, versioning.
- Solid database skills and performance awareness (queries, indexing, transactions).
- Comfortable with Git, PR workflows, and team collaboration.
- Strong security practices (validation, permissions, endpoint protection).
- Experience with Vite and Laravel-integrated frontend work.
- eCommerce experience (catalog, inventory, orders, discounts, scaling).

Nice-to-haves
- Docker / Sail, Redis, Horizon, Meilisearch/Elastic, S3.
- Clean architecture that helps (services, patterns, pragmatic DDD).
- Mobile integration experience (API contracts, breaking changes, feature flags).
- Vue/React + Inertia, Livewire, or headless setups.
