Senior Product Analyst

Join the team as a Senior Product Analyst to turn data into action and help drive key product and growth decisions.

What you will do:

• Provide analytical support for key product initiatives
• Proactively identify and evaluate new growth opportunities
• Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to guide decisions
• Foster and promote a strong data-driven culture across the team

What you should have:

• 3+ years in product analytics, marketing analytics, or similar roles
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, GrowthBook, Firebase)
• Solid understanding of mobile app metrics (LTV, ROAS, ARPU, rebill rate, funnel conversion, retention, stickiness, etc.)
• Understanding of statistics and A/B testing concepts, including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing
• Familiarity with advanced experimentation methods (CUPED, bootstrapping, stratification, etc.)
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Would be a plus:

• Higher education (mathematical or technical)
• Experience with Python (standard statistical libraries)
• Data quality in BI
