About the Role:
American University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Enrollment Advisor to join our dynamic sales and admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving enrollment targets, building strong relationships with prospective students, and guiding them through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals and conversion targets

  • Formalize new student enrollments and ensure all admission steps are completed

  • Attend and conduct information sessions with prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students

  • Schedule and follow up on appointments with leads and applicants

  • Manage outreach and follow-ups through phone calls and the assigned database

  • Guide applicants through the full admissions process, including registration, entrance exams, interviews, and tuition payments

  • Accurately manage data and reports using the CRM system

  • Ensure all student files are completed and submitted on time according to internal requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a customer-facing sales role

  • Fluent in English, Uzbek, and Russian (spoken and written)

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails and reports

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • High level of discretion, responsibility, and personal integrity

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
