Andersen seeks a Full Stack QA Engineer to lead the quality strategy and ensure robust, reliable, and user-friendly solutions for high-profile on-sale events in a global streaming service.
The customer is a large international organization delivering live events and premium digital content to a global audience. It operates its own multi-platform streaming service, manages high-load ticketing and access control systems, and supports complex on-site operations with strict reliability and security requirements. The company is actively modernizing its hybrid cloud infrastructure and data platforms to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
The project is focused on leading the quality strategy for the delivery team, ensuring the development of robust, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. The role includes mentoring QA engineers, embedding best practices, and contributing to the success of high-profile on-sale events.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical and process leadership to the QA team, setting standards for quality and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all releases.
- Owning the QA approach for on-sale events, coordinating test planning, execution, and risk management to ensure seamless customer experiences during critical launches.
- Coaching and supporting other QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Partnering with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, championing automation, shift-left practices, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Identifying and implementing enhancements to QA processes, tools, and documentation, driving innovation and efficiency.
Must-haves:
- Experience in auto and manual testing for 3+ years.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Proven experience leading QA teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Deep expertise in test automation, performance testing, and modern QA methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in supporting high-traffic, business-critical events (such as ticketing or on-sale launches).
- Ability to work effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
