Andersen is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer (React+Node.js) to build a modern eCommerce platform for pre-owned vehicles, driving scalability, performance, and an improved digital customer experience.

The project is focused on designing, developing, and deploying a user-centric eCommerce platform for pre-owned vehicle sales. The goal is to enhance customer experience, strengthen brand engagement, and support online revenue growth by providing a modern, convenient digital marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the development of high-quality React+Next.js and Node.js+Nest.js applications.
- Designing and defining the application architecture, as well as planning, modeling, and overseeing the database structure to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Mentoring developers on best practices, code quality, and software craftsmanship.
- Instilling DevOps and SRE practices within the team.
- Architecting scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end and back-end systems.
- Ensuring adherence to industry-standard design patterns and frameworks.
- Applying understanding of financial processes (Payments, settlements, risk, compliance) in development.
- Developing efficient, reusable code and conducting code reviews for quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with product owners, designers, and developers for seamless integration.
- Leading agile ceremonies and promoting iterative development.
- Providing guidance and support for junior team members.
- Ensuring timely delivery of features, balance speed and quality.
- Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Staying updated on new technologies and trends, advocating for tool adoption.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions.
- Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Providing regular project updates and technical insights.
Must-haves:
- Extensive experience in front-end and back-end development for 5+ years, with a strong focus on React.js, Next.js, Node.js and Nest.js.
- Proven leadership experience in managing front-end development teams.
- In-depth understanding of web development processes (design, development, and deployment).
- Familiarity with modern front-end and back-end build pipelines and tools.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
