GiftFest is a product-driven gaming event in Telegram that we run four times a year.
It is built around game mechanics, recurring user actions, and digital reward giveaways, and serves as a strong driver of engagement, retention, and user return. The product operates in close collaboration with Telegram Wallet and other products within the Telegram ecosystem.
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will own marketing from the product side for GiftFest and act as a bridge between the product team and external marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Own in-product marketing for GiftFest:
push notifications, in-app messages, marketing mechanics, and timing. - Define and package marketing solutions on the product side.
- Track and analyze key product marketing metrics:
activation, engagement, and retention. - Act as the main point of connection between the GiftFest product team and external marketing.
- Prepare and maintain all marketing-related documentation:
feature descriptions, user flows, timelines, constraints, and priorities. - Ensure the marketing team receives all necessary information on time to execute their plans.
- Stay closely aligned with marketing on tasks, deadlines, and results —
helping turn plans into execution and holding teams accountable for outcomes.
Requirements:
- Someone with experience in product marketing, product, or growth roles.
- A hands-on person who can execute, not just delegate.
- Solid understanding of push notifications, lifecycle communications, and product metrics.
- Strong ability to structure information and bring clarity across teams.
- Self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented.
