We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to architect our digital growth, drive high-quality lead generation, and elevate our brand in the competitive AI solutions and custom applications market.
In this role, you will own the entire digital marketing funnel - from strategy and execution to analytics and ROI optimization. This is a high-impact position with real ownership and a clear path to a full-time leadership role.
Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales goals.
Conduct continuous market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Own and maintain brand messaging and storytelling consistency across all digital channels.
Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend for maximum ROI and tracking performance against KPIs.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize the full funnel through data analysis, landing page optimization, VSL testing, and conversion rate optimization.
Build and execute segmented email campaigns, using A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
Analyze performance metrics across all channels and produce clear, actionable reports for leadership.
C1 English level with a deep understanding of the U.S. B2B tech market, specifically AI solutions and custom software services.
Proven hands-on experience with PPC and paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Strong background in VSL, email marketing, and CRO.
Advanced analytical and financial skills, including Google Analytics, KPI tracking, and ROI calculation.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive research.
