Lead Designer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Designer who will take ownership of design processes and elevate the performance of an already established design team. This role is less about hands-on production and more about structure, clarity, and leadership — building efficient workflows, setting standards, and enabling designers to do their best work.

Responsibilities:

• Build, document, and continuously improve design processes and workflows
• Lead and mentor a ready-made team of designers (product, UX/UI, visual)
• Establish effective collaboration between design, product, and engineering
• Own design planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Identify process bottlenecks and proactively solve them
• Ensure consistency across products through design systems and best practices
• Represent design at a strategic level within the company

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product/design roles, including leadership experience
• Proven track record of building or scaling design processes
• Experience managing and developing a team of designers
• Ability to think системно and translate chaos into clear processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams
