CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Financial Management & Control

Building and maintaining a unified financial management system, including P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, budgeting, forecast vs actual analysis, and financial modeling for growth and new markets

Ensuring liquidity control and effective cash flow management

Establishing regular management reporting for the CEO and partners

Financial & Legal Structure

Designing and developing the company’s financial and legal setup: corporate entities, jurisdictions, and contractual frameworks

Supporting market expansion from a tax, currency flow, and regulatory risk perspective

Working closely with investors, legal advisors, auditors, and external service providers

Payments, Banks & External Counterparties

Liquidity management across multiple entities and jurisdictions

Managing relationships with banks and payment service providers

Controlling settlements, fees, FX differences, and international transaction costs

Managing financial risks related to cross-border operations

Team & Processes

Leading the financial function with a focus on ownership rather than micromanagement

Defining roles and responsibilities within the finance team

Optimizing financial processes, introducing automation, and establishing internal policies and controls

Experience

7–10+ years of experience in finance

Proven experience as CFO / Deputy CFO / Head of Finance in IT, digital, fintech, or product companies with international revenue

Experience working in scale-up / growth-stage companies

Experience in Cyprus is a strong advantage

Experience working with multiple jurisdictions, including offshore structures

Strong understanding of product and unit economics, margins, and growth drivers

Languages & Location

English — B2+ or higher
