Migration & Mobility Manager (Cyprus office)

We are looking for a Migration & Mobility Manager — a specialist who will take full ownership of employee immigration cases and be responsible for internal mobility, relocations, and travel processes.

This is a hands-on role: you will not only coordinate processes but also independently manage standard immigration cases, working directly with Cyprus migration offices, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle management of expat immigration cases in Cyprus (work visas, residence permits, renewals, dependents) — on average 20 active cases per month;

• Preparation and submission of document packages to Cyprus migration authorities;

• Supporting employees on status, documentation, and compliance requirements;

• Monitoring visa, residence permit, and passport expiry dates and ensuring timely renewals;

• Working with immigration agents on non-standard and complex cases;

• Monitoring changes in Cyprus immigration legislation and informing the HR team;

• Coordination of employee relocations (on average ~2 relocations per month);

• Travel support: coordination and control of travel requests (execution handled by vendors);

• Preparation of guidelines and instructions for employees within the scope of responsibility and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in immigration / relocation / travel;

• Hands-on experience with the Cyprus immigration system;

• Ability to manage cases end-to-end independently;

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management;

• Languages: Russian and English — at least B2 level; Greek is a strong plus;

• Understanding of HR Ops & Admin processes is a plus.
