Product Manager (SaaS & Cloud Reselling)

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and develop SaaS reselling products end-to-end. The role combines product strategy, vendor management, go-to-market execution, and operational scalability

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of SaaS reselling products
• Build product strategy and roadmap aligned with vendor requirements and market needs
• Manage vendors: partnerships, licensing models, SKUs, updates, and restrictions
• Adapt products for local markets and customer segments (SMB / Mid / Enterprise)
• Define pricing, packages, and tariffs; support go-to-market strategy
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, account management, tech, finance)
• Oversee integrations, provisioning, billing, APIs, and automation
• Track and optimize key metrics (ARPU, churn, activation, conversion)
• Collect and prioritize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders

Key goals

• Launch and scale a clear, market-ready, and scalable product

• Ensure compliance with vendor requirements and local regulations

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience

• Hands-on experience with SaaS, subscription models, or IT services

• Strong understanding of SaaS reselling / software distribution models

• Data-driven mindset and experience with unit economics

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS (cloud, collaboration, security)

• Knowledge of licensing models (per user, per seat, tiered, volume)

• Experience launching products in new markets

• Familiarity with billing and automated provisioning systems
