Responsibilities
Support the full HR cycle (onboarding, system-related tasks, HR documentation, etc.);
Maintain and regularly update employee databases and HR reports;
Prepare internal, external, and HR-related documentation;
Participate in onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
Support HR initiatives and internal HR processes;
Cooperate with internal teams on HR-related matters.
Requirements
Strong interest in Human Resources and basic understanding of HR processes;
Previous HR experience (3+ months) is an advantage;
Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
Ability to work with large volumes of information;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Proactive, energetic, able to work under pressure and with an overtime schedule if required;
Confident user of digital tools; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English (strong Intermediate level).
