Head of Sales (Horeca channel)

The role involves strategic collaboration with key industry partners including chefs, HoReCa associations, distributors, and other external stakeholders. It also requires close coordination with internal departments such as Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and others.

We are conducting a search for a senior leader to head the HoReCa sales function. The role is responsible for shaping national sales strategy, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring strong field execution. The position oversees sales planning, KPI management, profitability improvement, and the development of high-performing field teams.

Key responsibilities include strengthening the company’s presence in the HoReCa segment, improving customer satisfaction, expanding the active customer base, and ensuring effective credit and P&L management. The leader will work closely with internal stakeholders and industry partners, representing the company across the HoReCa ecosystem. A strong focus on talent development, performance management, and operational excellence is essential.
