Global PR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic PR Manager to spearhead the promotion of Uzbekistan as a leading IT Hub on the global stage. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a compelling brand image, developing strategic PR campaigns, and forging key media relationships.

Success in this position looks like increased international visibility, a strong presence at global events, and a consistent and impactful PR narrative that elevates Uzbekistan's IT sector. This role is crucial for positioning Uzbekistan as a preferred destination for IT-enabled services and fostering international collaborations.

• Develop a comprehensive brand strategy for Uzbekistan as an emerging IT Hub, highlighting its unique strengths and potential in the global IT sector.
• Execute a robust PR strategy to increase Uzbekistan's visibility on the international stage.
• Create and manage impactful PR campaigns, press releases, and media kits that attract global attention.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies.
• Collaborate with global industry leaders and influencers to ensure their participation in key events.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze PR activities' effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports on PR performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Proven track record in global promotion and PR management.
• Strong network of media contacts and relationships with international PR agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in PR or marketing, focusing on country or sector promotion.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
