Business Strategy Manager

Our client is the growing digital banking organization within an international group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the formulation and continuous improvement of the company’s corporate and business strategy.

• Research industry dynamics, competitive activity, and customer needs to uncover new growth avenues.

• Build strategic programs, success metrics, and execution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.

• Partner closely with teams across product, operations, risk, marketing, and other functions to connect strategy with delivery.

• Contribute to annual planning cycles, financial modelling, and strategic forecasting.

• Track key performance indicators and refine strategic priorities based on data-driven insights.

• Prepare high-quality presentations and strategic recommendations for senior management.

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic roles such as management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development—ideally within banking, fintech, or broader financial services.

• Strong capability in analytics, problem-solving, and market research.

• Good understanding of how financial institutions operate, including products, business models, and regulatory considerations.

• Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and move projects forward.

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-evolving environment.

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
