Human Resources Director

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Samarkand (full relocation)

WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Drive HR initiatives to support organizational effectiveness and a positive work environment.

• Develop and implement local HR policies aligned with legal requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Uzbek labor law in HR documents and processes.

• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance incentives to maintain competitiveness.

• Lead HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) according to Group standards.

• Enhance employer branding and drive employee engagement initiatives.

• Manage performance and career processes to build a strong talent pipeline.

• Plan and implement training programs, including leadership development.

• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support key stakeholders.

• Lead recruiting, manage the talent pool, and implement retention measures.

• Guide and develop the HR team to ensure clarity of roles and operational excellence.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• System thinking: ability to view the organization holistically and make logical decisions.

• Team Lead experience and work experience in building material industry (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence.

• Results-driven approach with high learning agility.

• Continuous improvement mindset and resilience under pressure.

• Solid business acumen with a strong focus on integrity and compliance.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP SF and AI-based HR tools.

• Strong knowledge of labor law and interaction with authorities.

• Experience in C&B, organizational development and core HR processes (on/offboarding, documentation).

• Languages: English, Russian, Uzbek(preferred).
