Core Objective: Convert event traffic into active clients and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Responsible for communicating with and converting prospects gathered from the company’s offline events and seminars.
Event Invitation: Actively reach out to and invite potential clients to attend investment salons, stock market workshops, and other networking events.
Business Development: Identify and develop new marketing channels and client resources to expand the company’s reach in the local market.
Client Relationship Management: Follow up with leads to facilitate the full sales cycle: from account opening and initial deposit to final product transactions.
Requirements
Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of execution and persistence.
Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the financial, investment, and securities industries (prior knowledge is a plus).
Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development is preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly valued, combined with fluency in Russian or Uzbek to bridge communication between the company and the local market.
