What We’re Looking For:

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is:

• Project/task management experienced.
  Planning and setting tasks, assigning tasks to designers, monitoring and checking task completion

• Task setting skilled.
  Ability to correctly structure client requirements, formulate them, describe the scope of work, and record client expectations

• Proficient in spoken and written English at C1 level.
  Confident communication with American clients on the phone and in correspondence in English. Translating tasks into command language. Formulating requirements that designers can understand from unstructured customer requests

• Computer literate and skilled working with tools.
  Confident use of office and cloud applications: spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides), text documents; ability to maintain task trackers, prepare reports and presentations for the team and the client

• A technical or design background is not required, but experience in design would be an advantage.

What Your Responsibilities Are:

• Planning and prioritizing tasks.
  Break tasks down into stages, flexibly change priorities when customer requirements change
• Managing team workload.
  Distributing tasks among designers
• Task completion monitoring.
  Checking interim results, updating statuses, timely recording of progress
• Documenting and recording decisions.
  Maintaining project documentation

• Minsk time:
  • 11:00 – 19:00 (from April till October)
  • 12:00 – 20:00 (from November till March)

On-site position from our office.
