Regional Head of non-production procurement

To ensure effective strategic and operational management of regional indirect procurement processes across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
The role focuses on implementing category management, enhancing transparency and efficiency, developing the procurement team, and driving digitalization and transformation initiatives within the procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full procurement cycle for indirect categories across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
• Oversee tender procedures and supplier negotiations, ensure transparency and compliance.
• Lead development and implementation of category strategies (Marketing, IT, MICE, BTM, Car Fleet, etc.).
• Drive cost optimization through TCO principles and savings tracking.
• Supervise contracts, budgets, and risk management across regions.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards, supplier databases, and reporting tools.
• Lead and develop a cross-regional procurement team.
• Support procurement digitalization and transformation projects.

• Foster a culture of compliance, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Economics, Law, or Supply Chain.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with relevant procurement categories.
• Strong skills in:
  • Strategic sourcing and category management
  • Contract & tender process management
  • Financial analysis and cost modelling
  • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Team leadership and stakeholder engagement
