1. Distributor Development and Expansion
- Responsible for finding, selecting, and developing potential Distributers, expanding the Distributer network.
- Conduct regular market research to evaluate potential Distributer resources and market opportunities.
2. Distributor Relationship Maintenance
- Maintain good communication with existing Distributors, promptly understanding their needs and feedback.
- Regularly visit Distributors to enhance cooperation, improve Distributer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Business Support and Service
- Assist Distributors in sales activities, providing product knowledge, market strategies, and solution support.
- Respond promptly to issues encountered by Distributors during cooperation, coordinating relevant departments for resolution.
4. Distributor Performance Management
- Develop and break down Distributor sales targets, driving Distributers to complete tasks and achieve performance.
- Regularly follow up on business progress, collect sales data, analyze performance status, and assist Distributors in formulating improvement measures.
5. Training and Empowerment
- Organize training on products, business processes, and system operations to improve Distributors' professional capabilities.
- Communicate the company's latest policies and market activities, ensuring Distributors are synchronized and well-understood.
6. Contract and Policy Execution
- Responsible for signing, managing, and renewing Distributor cooperation agreements.
- Promote and execute the company's Distributor management policies, supervising Distributors to comply with company regulations.
7. Market Information Collection and Feedback
- Monitor competitive dynamics and industry changes in the Distributor's market, promptly feedback to relevant company departments.
- Collect Distributors' opinions on products and services, driving product and service improvements.
8. Risk Control and Complaint Handling
- Identify potential risks in the Distributor cooperation process and propose preventive suggestions.
- Handle Distributor complaints and other emergencies, maintaining the company's image and cooperation stability.
9. Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and technical departments to promote smooth channel business.
- Act as a communication bridge between Distributors and the company, helping to resolve communication barriers.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
+3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Distributor Manager, Channel Sales Manager, or similar role.
Strong experience working with distributors, channel partners, or B2B sales is required.
Experience in consumer electronics, telecom, or related industries is an advantage.
