AIFC Authority is looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing Department to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage budgets effectively, oversee a team of professionals, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a combination of leadership, analytical skills, and creativity to enhance the company's brand presence and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives, including identifying target audiences, developing messaging and positioning, and selecting appropriate marketing channels for AIFC products and projects.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to execute the strategy successfully.
- Collaborate with other structural units within the Company and AIFC Bodies to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness, providing insights and adjustments to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
- Perform other responsibilities as instructed by the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with proven experience in marketing management.
- Prior experience in B2B and/or financial companies is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content development, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and performance measurement techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh is required.
