Sales Analyst

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.

JOB PURPOSE:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, customer trends, and market opportunities. The ideal candidate will transform data into actionable insights, support forecasting, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. Proficiency in data querying, visualization tools, and Excel/macros is preferred, along with strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Working in Excel with large volume of data applying different type of formulas in Excel on daily basis
• Preparation of reports: daily Sales Update, weekly SKU’ monitoring update, monthly Scorecard update, price monitoring etc.
• Analysis of business data
• Searching ways to simplify the reporting system
• Preparation of presentations for meetings
• Check of TTS of MT and TT channels for compliance with sales and amounts and discounts agreed.
• Weekly update ACB ( Active Client Base ).
• Working with regional managers of the company and with distributors.
• Support and assistance of full sales department operation.
• Check and correct the data in FTP system on daily basis.
• Upload any updates to the FTP system.
• Preparation of Sales forecasts on future period.
• Consult the CD and SC team members about stock status.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/IT/Management
• Advance user of MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, sumif, if, pivot table, power query, data model)

• Experience with OLAP Systems
• Knowledge of using macros for analytics
• Skills in transforming reports using macros
• English - Intermediate

• Work experience as analyst in Sales or Finance is welcomed
