To support our strategic growth and strengthen our regional footprint, we are looking for a driven and proactive IT Sales Manager based in Almaty, who will help us unlock new opportunities and build long-term client relationships in Kazakhstan and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B sales activities across various sectors;
  • Build relationships with decision-makers;
  • Skills for working with a cold leads;
  • Use CRM tools to generate leads and close deals;
  • Use Atlassian tools, LinkedIn;
  • Deliver presentation and prepare proposals;
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Experience with CRM tools;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other platforms for networking;
  • Disciplined, proactive, and organized;
  • Strong communicator, able to simplify complex topics;
  • Skilled in negotiation and client relations;
  • Fluent in Russian, Strong Kazakh (good English will be a +)
Nice-to-have:
  • Existing B2B contacts;
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products;
  • Experience for selling software.
