Senior Reporting Analyst

This role will contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and audit readiness. You will independently manage more complex audit requests, prepare higher-level supporting documentation, liaise with the Finance team, and ensure high-quality data delivery to external auditors. You will work closely with internal teams and external auditors to maintain robust reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex supporting schedules, analyses, and reconciliations for auditors;
• Review Analyst-level documentation and ensure it meets audit standards;
• Act as a primary contact for Finance teams to obtain detailed financial information;
• Manage audit request lists (PBC lists), follow up with data owners, track progress;
• Identify inconsistencies or data gaps and proactively resolve them;
• Assist in planning and coordinating interim and year-end audit deliverables;
• Support improvements in data collection and documentation processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in external audit (preferably Big4), financial reporting, or accounting;
• Strong Excel technical skills, ability to work with large datasets;
• Solid understanding and knowledge of IFRS standards, financial statements and audit principles;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests with tight deadlines;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Completed ACCA certificates is an advantage.
