Pushwoosh is a leading customer engagement platform, empowering businesses to communicate with their audiences through personalized, data-driven messaging across mobile and web channels. Our mission is to help brands deliver the right message to the right user at the right time — seamlessly and at scale.

We're looking for a Product/Data Analyst to help us understand our business performance and drive growth. You'll analyze revenue trends, track key metrics, and build dashboards that help our product, marketing, and sales teams make better decisions.
This role is 70% data analytics (revenue, business metrics, performance tracking) and 30% product analytics (user behavior, feature adoption).

What you will do:

  • Proactively form hypotheses about business performance and validate them with data - we need a partner who brings insights, not just answers questions;

  • Analyze revenue patterns to identify what's driving growth or decline, and surface opportunities to increase revenue;

  • Track and explain changes in key business metrics including customer acquisition, retention, product usage, and conversion rates;

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase that help teams monitor performance and make data-informed decisions;

  • Run A/B tests to evaluate pricing changes, feature launches, and marketing campaigns;

  • Partner with product and marketing teams to uncover opportunities and inform strategy;

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract insights from our ClickHouse data warehouse;

Required skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or product analyst;

  • Strong SQL skills - you should be comfortable writing complex queries with joins, aggregations, and window functions;

  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations;

  • Ability to explain data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders;

  • Experience with A/B testing and basic statistical analysis;

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models;

  • Python or other programming/scripting languages;

  • Familiarity with ClickHouse, Metabase, or similar tools;

  • Experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics;

Tools you will use:

  • Metabase (primary BI tool);
  • ClickHouse (data warehouse);

  • Mixpanel (event analytics);

  • SQL (daily);
