HR generalist

Обязанности:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Additional responsibilities include ensuring company compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment processes, and supporting employees across various HR functions to promote a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Experience in HR Management and Personnel

Management, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and ability to administer them effectively to meet employees' needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive employer-employee relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English languages is a must Prior experience in HR roles within the professional service. industry is an advantage.

2–3 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR BP Assistant
