We’ve developed or produced games, including War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, War Robots: Frontiers – and many more.

Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE and Serbia.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify growth opportunities in Rush Royale

  • Segment users and optimize live ops for each segment

  • Manage sales, season passes, and other monetization activities

  • Prepare and run A/B tests

  • Work with data and analytics tools to drive decisions

  • Build offers and monetization events directly in Unity

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience operating F2P projects

  • Solid understanding of monetization systems in F2P games

  • Knowledge of product analytics and key game metrics

  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Ability to turn fragmented data into clear insights

  • Sharp attention to detail and skill in spotting patterns in large data sets

  • Strong motivation to grow in mobile game development
