Serve as HR Business Partner to Senior Leadership focused on HR agenda designed to onboard, develop, and motivate employees
Execute best practices to promote employee engagement and enable a high-performing workforce to contribute to the company’s strategic growth
Ensure high-quality onboarding and adaptation for all newly hired or promoted employees
Together with the senior management, support the process of personal development planning (regular discussions, tracking of progress, follow-up with the management)
Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing Talent Acquisition, Career Development, Succession Planning, Retention, Recognition, Training, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits in the business line Coach managers on how to develop teams
Manage Employee Relations, hold periodic 1-1s with employees
Organize Exit Interviews and ensure smooth Offboarding
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as HR Business Partner/People Partner/HR Generalist
Proficient in English - both in written and verbal communication
Proficient in Russian - both in written and verbal communication
Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills
Analytical and strategic thinking skills
Nice to have:
Prior experience in big international companies
