Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing business and systems analysis strategy for complex IT projects.

- Creating and maintaining documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN, UML, ERD).
- Aligning functional and non-functional requirements with development, architecture, and business teams.
- Embedding requirements analysis processes into end-to-end SDLC considering Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

- Managing and developing the analyst community: mentoring, training, implementing best practices.
- Building and maintaining talent pools to grow domain-specific expertise among analysts.
- Supporting the requirements → configuration → acceptance flow where feasible without developer involvement (low-code/no-code, BPM automation).
- Assessing risks related to requirements elicitation and detailing and developing mitigation measures.
- Designing and implementing AI assistants and models to support requirements analysis, traceability, consistency, and automatic artifact generation.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a Lead Business Analyst for 5+ years.
- Experience as a System Analyst with a solid understanding of IT system architecture.
- Leading the QA/BA function on large-scale projects with 100+ team members and 20+ direct reports.

- Experience working in Enterprise environments, transformation initiatives, and centers of excellence.
- Hands-on experience optimizing requirements processes and implementing automation tools (Jira, Confluence, BPMN, data-tools, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of requirements analysis and management methodologies (BABOK, IIBA).
