Senior Manager - Digital Content & Communications

We are looking for a Senior Manager (Digital Content & Communications) to join our Corporate and Media Communications Department on a temporary basis. This role combines creative production with hands-on corporate communications. You will manage multimedia content across AIFC channels, produce podcasts and videos, support internal communications and events, oversee the website and YouTube channel, and deliver clear, accurate materials in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce AIFC podcasts from concept to release, including guest coordination and post-production.
• Develop creative communication projects (videos, social media series, campaigns) and support major AIFC initiatives.
• Organize internal events and staff sessions, ensuring effective internal communication.
• Prepare and edit materials in English, Russian, and Kazakh, including translations.
• Administer and update AIFC websites (WordPress, Tilda), ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Manage corporate YouTube channel and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Provide backup support to the SMM manager and ensure compliance with AIFC policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media, Digital Media, Languages, Philology, International Relations, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in digital creative agencies, mass media, or related industries.
• Strong creative and multimedia production skills.
• Excellent written communication in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Tilda, Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certificates: SMM, digital strategy, personal branding, mobilography (preferred).
