A Photographer/Videographer at Haileybury Astana is responsible for planning, filming and editing videos that could be used for a variety of projects such as movies, advertisements, for all matters related to photographing school events, pupils, school employees and guests, processed photos, communications with employees, students, parents of the school. Photographer at Haileybury Astana is also responsible for the creation of small video clips about the school life.
The photographer is working to create and update a database of school photos for publications, taking into account the individual and creative approach to work.
Should / must always comply with the rules of business etiquette in order to support and follow the goals and ethos of the school.
Type of contract: 1 year contract with mutual prolongation

Responsibilities:
Video shooting, video editing:
- Carries video in the format of the interior.
- Performs video editing (interview).
Graphic design
- Produces the school Yearbook (for an additional fee)
- Produces personal school photo albums for pupils (for an additional fee)
Web design:
- Prepares a selection of photos for the slideshow on the school website
Other duties:
- Participate in the management of the school and administrative staff.
- providing the necessary information and support for school staff.
- Assist in various processes as needed.
- Take part in the activities of the way to promote the development of the school.
The photographer/videographer should have the following skills:
Basics of marketing and social media management within the organization
Technical aesthetics: fundamentals of lighting, camera settings, software settings, and operation of photo and video equipment
Graphics and editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro (or alternatives), Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, basic After Effects, and basic video color correction
English proficiency (spoken and written) at Upper-Intermediate level or above
Time management skills
