Actively monitors market trends, competitor activity and product innovation, transforming insights into relevant training, positioning and brand-building initiatives.
Manages collaboration with distributor trainer teams, sets KPIs, ensures systematic skill development, and supports recruitment and coordination of trainers and freelancers. Builds and develops brand ambassadors - top stylists and opinion leaders - guiding their integration into campaigns, events and premium activities.
Evaluates the commercial impact of educational activities, launches and promotions, identifies areas for improvement and recommends corrective actions.
Adapts international materials to local market needs and develops channel-specific education programs for different salon segments.
Plans and manages local events with distributors, coordinates resources and ensures brand consistency. Responsible for the local PPS (education) budget and for ensuring efficient allocation across initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Proven expertise in coloristics and professional hair product education
