Our client - large international company in tourism sector is looking for Country Director.

Area of responsibilities:
- Effectively lead the ground operations in Central Asia and implement long-term strategic plans.
- Manage the day-to-day business of our upcoming Intrepid Travel office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- Develop new business, assure trip profitability and boost revenue.
- Ensure sales growth and elevate the Intrepid brand in our key markets and destinations in the region.
- Provide great leadership, and be instrumental in developing a high-performing team.
- Experience with managing Ground Operations in Central Asia
- Strong knowledge of the Central Asia region and Travel industry
- Middle level management experience with the ability to build and develop teams
- High level of financial literacy and excellent decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language (both written and verbal)
- Proven understanding of risk and incident management
- Experience in tourism or an operations, sales and customer-focused industry
- Ability to travel to and work on-site in our upcoming office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
