Senior Research Specialist (Social Impact)

Обязанности

• Design & Commission Studies: Develop research briefs and methodologies for population-level and panel studies; lead collaborations with external agencies and academic partners who carry out the fieldwork.
• Desk-Based Research: Conduct research on emerging societal trends, best practices, and relevant data sources across education, sports, arts, ecology, and technology.
• Insight Reporting: Review, validate, and interpret data from external and internal sources; transform findings into clear, actionable insights for project teams and executives.
• Knowledge Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with universities, think tanks, and research organizations to co-develop high-quality studies and enhance credibility.

Требования

• Degree in Sociology, Political Science, Economics, or a related social science field.
• 3–5 years of applied research experience, ideally with population or longitudinal/panel studies.
• Strong understanding of social science methodologies and ability to critically assess external research outputs.
• Experience commissioning and managing external research projects (agencies, NGOs, or academic institutions).
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills – able to turn complex findings into clear narratives.
• Proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides; knowledge of SPSS/R a plus).
