Location: Russian Federation, Moscow

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Manager to support the Commercial Excellence (COMEX) and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) functions within the IBBI sales organization. This role is critical in driving data-informed decision-making, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing the performance of our partners across Russia.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct monthly analysis of all CSO (Customer Sales Organization) KPIs.
  • Deliver actionable insights, conclusions, and recommended action plans to improve performance.
  • Track and evaluate execution metrics for SCO (Sales Channel Operations) partners, including:
  • Visit structure and product mix
  • Coverage and frequency
  • Share of Voice (SoV), Share of Shelf (SoS), and Terms of Merchandising (ToM)
  • Provide both national and regional performance breakdowns.
  • Lead monthly performance review sessions with CSO partners.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with CSO partners to review and assess Promogrid execution on a quarterly basis.
  • Evaluate the business impact of promotional activities across therapeutic areas (TAs) and sales channels.
  • Plan and execute customer-facing events (e.g., round tables, conferences, webinars) in alignment with product lifecycle stages and commercial objectives.
  • Analyze quarterly investment allocations and assess ROI to optimize resource deployment.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • University degree in business and/or science
  • Management experience in driving business results with responsibility for the whole country
  • Clear understanding of product life-cycle management
  • Experience in working with external vendors and partners in co-promotional activities
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Sales experience (FLM, ASM)
  • Experience in SFE / COMEX
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills
