Introduction

Join our dynamic Accommodation Team at Trip.com, where we work to create seamless, unforgettable experiences for travelers worldwide. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with industry experts, innovate solutions, and drive the growth of our accommodation offerings. We’re passionate about providing high-quality service and making travel more accessible for everyone.

In this Role, you’ll get to

- Build and expand the portfolio of local hotel partners within the Russia & CIS markets by introducing high-potential partners to Trip.com’s value proposition and facilitating the onboarding process.

- Promote the Trip.com brand and its online reservation services to hotels.

- Ensure best rate parity, availability, and inventory management for assigned hotels.

- Advise hotels on marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance visibility and sales.

- Take ownership of the assigned market, conducting research and analysis (including market, product, competitor, pricing, and supplier insights).

- Manage other assigned tasks and projects as needed.

What you'll Need to Succeed

- Fluency in both English and Russian.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, OTA industry, hotel reservation coordination, revenue/yield management, or related fields, ideally within the Russian market.

- Proven expertise in acquiring new hotel partners and strong contract negotiation skills with measurable results.
